Kid Fit

Kid Fit aims to incorporate functional movement patterns into a fun and interactive environment for kids. All exercises are child friendly with the main focus of the sessions on coaching appropriate technique for each individual.

The aim of the sessions is to encourage an active start to an active life and incorporate the ABC’s and FUNdamentals, producing efficient and happy movers.

Rise teaches kids about active healthy lifestyles.

Components:

  • ABC’s (Agility, Balance and Co-ordination)
  • Mobility & Stability exercises
  • FUNdamentals include: (jumping, hopping, catching, receiving, hitting, kicking, throwing and skipping…)
  • Body awareness and light core work
